Marker Notes Gone!
Greetings:
After going through an interview, using markers and notes, I find almost half didn’t save! I have been saving as I go, but when I closed down the project and opened it back up, the notes were gone! The markers were still there, though. I added notes back to one of the markers and it, again didn’t save. Am I missing something? Is there a max to the number of description notes you can have?

Now it’s saving inconsistently! Some things save while others do not. I posted this in the forum on Adobe’s website as well. With all the suggestions I was given, it’s still an issue. Any help would be great.

After working with Adobe support, they determined that it’s a bug in the software. Basically, it isn’t saving marker information on merged clips when creating markers in the source monitor. The workaround is to ether use the timeline or create markers and info on the original video clip, THEN make the merged clip. Hope this helps!
