    Hi,

On a map I like to mark a road with a red line (7 pixels wide) starting at point “A” following the road and stopping at point “B”. The composition should last about 10 seconds.

If possible it will stop at about the middel of the distance and wait 1 second before it will proceed.

    I appreciate any help!

    Best Regards

    Helmuth

    1. Draw a spline on the layer (or a solid) using the pen tool.
    2. Add the Stroke effect and select the mask layer as the spline you created.
    3. Animate the start or end…..
    4. If the stroke effect is on same layer as map select on original, if on solid layer, select on transparent (this is a small pulldown menu on bottom of filter).

    Regards

    Mark
