Should the ‘Mark to Markers’ function work in the Viewer, on a source clip or, as is the case for me, only in the Canvas within a Sequence?
It’s actually greyed out when the Viewer is selected and, of course, the keyboard does nothing.

    Thanks.

What is Mark to Markers? I’ve never used it, and searching Help returns no results.

It’s under the MARK menu; 5th option.
    Keyboard command is ‘Control A’

Its purpose is, in one stroke, to mark an IN at the marker left/before the playhead and an OUT at the marker right/after the playhead.

As I said, it works in a Seq but not on a source in Viewer, which doesn’t seem logical.
So I wondered if it was a fault…
