Activity Forums Adobe Premiere Pro Mark out adds one frame to playhead location.

    I’d rather have it do one thing than have the option to change it. We have a bunch of different software in our company and a bunch of them have different ideas how the out point should be marked. It gets old pretty fast.

    I’m curious. Which NLE doesn’t mark out like that? Only Avid has an option to my knowledge.

    Smoke and Flame can be set to inclusive or exclusive out points. Quantel iQ can also be set to use either/or but if you’re using the VTR module to do tape stuff it’s always exclusive for some weird reason. I think our Clipster version uses exclusive in the source view but inclusive on the timeline.

    Media100 marks out at the playhead.

    Ah yes…I know I’d used an NLE that set an out point that way…
