    You mean mark duration in the sequence?

    Yes…

    the trick is that the clip has to be selected (clicked on) first.

    after that, should be the / key. (if I remember correctly)

    Or you can good shift modifier and / to mark around clip under playhead. The track must be active.

    In Cs 5.5, Shift + / will mark the clip that the CTI is over (clip doesn’t need to be selected)
