mapping satellite imagery with terrain distortion
I have a client interested in doing a fly-through of real-world locations. Does anyone have advice on production work-flow? My first thought is to use Digital Globe imagery, hoping they also sell a greyscale elevation distortion map.
Anyone care to share their workflow for this kind of project?Thanks!
(p.s. This is for production, so using Google Earth is out of the question, but that’s the basic look)
