Hey everybody, I am hoping that one of you great editors could tell me how to map a blur to a face or a butt or anything I don’t want people to see.

And if you have the time and money to invest in 3rd party plug-ins.
“Joe’s Filters” can be used to do this as well.You will then need to position the center of the spot (as the “subject” moves) using KEY-FRAMES in the motion tab.
