  Map manipulation software.

  Just want to see if anyone can recommend a map manipulation type program. What we need is software that will have as current as possible world maps. We need to move around those maps at times from country to country with smooth moves in 1080p. It would be very similar to Google Earth Pro, however, being able to control the motion with Avid Effects/Boris or AE. Don’t really want to “subscribe” to a service as much as be able to buy the software outright.
