  Manipulating Video in viewer in CC2015

  So I am a new convert to PProCC after using FCP 7 for 7 years, and I am having some trouble adapting.

  Back in FCP, I could scale/rotate/distort/etc. videos in the viewer by clicking and dragging as needed. In Premiere, I don’t seem to be able to do this, in fact if I make any changes in the Canvas or the effects controls panel, it doesn’t seem to update in the viewer at all. Am I doing something wrong?
