Mangled text when resizing images in photoshop
I am trying to shrink an image (868 x 496) to a slightly smaller size (681 x 435) but when i do so using transform or image size, the text within the image is scrambled. I know there is a way to reduce the image size without losing the text quality within the image. The person that worked here before me did it, but I am not sure how.

nevermind i got it… i had to go to save for web and change it from gif to jpg and resize in the save for web window. For some reason, the text is retained much better this way…
