Making Title With Transparent Background
Hi…I exported a title from AE CS6 as ProRes4444 which I think is supposed to make it have a transparent background. But when I imported the mov file to FCP7 it did not have a transparent background i.e. I put footage on the track below and the title above but could not see the footage below.
FYI, I used AE for the titles as I didn’t have the font in FCP7.
Can anyone assist with what I should export from AE CS6 so the title can be laid over footage in FCP7?

Make sure you have RGB+Alpha selected in the render format settings.
