Yes.
Two ways.
Split it in half (or whereever you need to spilt it), then duplicate the timeline.
In the first timeline, select the second half and delete it, then export your timline.
In the second timeline, delete the first half, then export the second half marking ins and outs where the footage starts/stops but don’t move any of the clips.
Or
Split the timeline in half and cut the second half out (command-x) and not the excat tc of where the last frame of the first half ends. Then, open a new timline and paste the second half at the beginning of the timline and bring up your sequence settings (command-zero loike before). IN the timeline options tab, enter in the ending tc of your first sequence, plus one frame.
