Making subclips directly from the Timeline / sequence window
Hi all,
Just learnt Premiere in the past few days, fantastic I think. This is my first post so here we go:
When I first started to use Prem, I could set in and out markers on clips that were on the timeline /sequence. After this I could make a subclip by using the top Menu.
But all of a sudden, this feature is gone and I have to create subclips in the source monitor and then move them onto the timeline. I’ve looked everywhere for answer but no joy. Th original clips are Master Clips so that’s not the problem.
Can anyone help / suggest???

I dont know of a way to make subclips from the timeline, only from the Source Monitor.
