Hi, I know I should probably get a lawyer but I was hopping maybe I could find some of these answers online. If you make a film and you show a product like lets say an Xbox and you can see its an Xbox but you can’t read Xbox anywhere in the shot will you get sued by the company that makes Xbox? or if someone talks about/ states the name of a book or another film, will the company/producers come after you for royalties? If you show a car and you can’t make out the logo or name of the company building the car will you get sued? if somebody in your film is wearing a namebrand t-shirt, you can see the design on the shirt but don’t see the name of the brand, will the company come after you in court? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
