Making Movie Woes…1 frame only!?!
I have a project which I have exported / made movies numerous times. After approx 1 hour of making movies for some reason AE now decides to only make a movie of one frame of the composition.
From what I can tell, no settings have been changed accidentally, and the work area bar is set to the right amount. I have even specified how long I want the export to be in the render queue.
Can anyone help?

Are you getting any errors, or does AE think it’s successfully rendered?
Assuming the work area is correct as you stated, and that AE is not heeding any manual render ranges you specify — have you tried rebooting, or changing output formats, or rendering to a different drive?

I have restarted my machine. Everything seems fine for now, except the rendering times have shot up! A render that would have taken 50 seconds is now taking approx 8 minutes +.

Have your memory and multiprocessing settings changed?
What are they set at now, and what are your system specs?

Macbook pro. 2.2 Ghz Quad Core i7. 8 Gig Ram.I’ll be honest, I haven’t changed any settings – not entirely certain how!
