    making footage look terrible

    so i have looked all over and i just cant find out a way to make footage just look bad. i’m looking for some kind of DV drop out effect, or like a head clog sort of thing that i can do on my own terms. does anyone know how i can do this? nondestructively ?

    thanks! i JUST got a displacement map to sort of do it a little while ago, but i didn’t think of the track matte, i’ll give that a shot
