Is it possible to create a DVD that plays as a normal DVD in a standard player (so has Video TS files)

and also has data files on it so they can be viewed on a computer?

eg, a self running pal DVD with .wmv, pal, ntsc and HD versions as data files??

Any DVD can have ROM content, any file type you want but they cannot be accessed through that normal DVD player even on a computer. The best way to handle this is to put a simple menu page that tells people what “extras: are on the disc.
