How would I go about making a custom template for editing 1080/60P in VP11. I just acquired a Panasonic HDC TM900 and wanted to get off on the right foot with the editing process. Any help or a point in the right direction would be much appreciated.

I went and figured out how to do this by going into the Sony knowledge base and doing a search here. If anyone might have anything to add please do so. Thanks.

    Hello Mike,
Sorry for writing totally not in the topic, but please confirm if you are a person who posted a subject “Focus issue w/TM900” on https://www.dvinfo.net forum (https://www.dvinfo.net/forum/panasonic-avccam-camcorders/504632-focus-issue-w-tm900.html). I am desperately looking for another person who has similar problem – I’ve got TM900 and experienced such problems with focus that are described in above link.

    Best regards,
    Wojciech

Yes i am one and the same. I had the issue with the focus of the camera that one time. I am just as perplexed to why. The response of the falling snow throwing off the focus made some sense, but the focused shots cancelled that out. I am hoping it just needed to sort itself out and it doesn’t happen again.

    Hello,
Thanks for a quick response. You are the lucky guy; I experienced the focus issue several times, practically always when I shot a face then the focus goes suddenly out to a background and then returns to a face, and again, so it simply floats. I think I should give the camera to the service because it’s not normal situation. I used 2 Panasonic cameras before and never experienced such a strange issue.
