Making Aqua / Glass Effect on Complex Shapes!

That’s for Photoshop. How do I do the same thing in AI? I’m using CS2. I found the one on doing glass orbs, but I’d like to do something complex.. more like a web interface. I’d much prefer to do all of my designing in Illustrator so that it’s easily changable. It also has more flexibility when creating the layout.

Hopefully someone more experienced will reply but I’m thinking can’t you follow the same procedures(basically) and do them in Illustrator?

Well, that’d be nice. I’m sure the concept is the same, but Illustrator doesn’t do things like Load Selection, Strokes, and Feathers the same way. I don’t know how to go about setting up the paths and such to make the highlights.
