    I Have a client who wants me to get photos from there wedding video from which ihave done , because the photographer photos were bad.What is the best way to get high quality photos from vegas 6 so they can get them printed? Thanks in advance

    First, set preview to Best/Full. This will allow max quality at the full video size.

    After capturing pngs or jpgs, you may need to deinterlace in a paint program if there is movement.

    For the best snapshot possible from Vegas, there’s multiple settings to change. The EASIEST way to do that is to use a script which will change those settings, save the snapshot, and then reset the settings. For more info on that, look at vol 1 #5 of my newsletters.

    Also, note that you probably don’t want to go above 4×6 as standard DV-AVI is not very high in resolution. If you have HDV, you may be able to go a little larger.
