  making a preset

  so, i’ve got this really cool thing that i like, its not terribly complex but i dont want to have to re make it each time i want to use it, its not an animation or anything, its three effects-fractal noise, venetian blinds, and a fast blur. how can i make this set off effects with these settings a preset so i can just drag it onto a solid ?
