Making a Movie in AE, MPEG2 problem
Cant figure this out..I have AE Version 6.5
I go to make a movie and want to export it as MPEG2-DVD
If I try to go and change the Format Options, it wont allow me to click ok and begin rendering, So I just leave it as it is and press ok hoping it begins rendering. But suddenly I get this messege:After EffectsL AEGP Plugin Media IO Plugin: The MPEG encoder grace period has expired. For free activation see the Video/Audio settings in the MPEG/MPEG2-DVD format options dialog.

-Where do I find these options? Or is there something else I can do so I can render my movie in peace?

You need to register your MPEG-II Encoder on the Adobe website. Can’t remember how (only did so once, but we mainly use other tools to convert to MPEG-II so I didn’t use it much), but it should be explained in the help files somewhere. The MPEG Encoder will spit out some code and in return you will get an activation code on the Adobe website.
