  Making a final DVD from HD footage from Final Cut Pro

  Okay so basically, I have about 30 minutes of edited HD footage in final cut currently just sitting there as Apple ProRes footage. My final intention is to put it onto disc via Encore. My plan was to export the entire amount of footage from final cut to adobe premier and from there go into encore because i know that somewhere i need to get the footage into MPEG 2 format (well, i think) so that it will actually play in a dvd player. What i need to do is get my footage in the best quality onto disc. I need help with where to export from and to and which formats and setting I need to be doing this from. The DVD menus are in place, the footage is edited, I just need to get it all onto dic properly
