Yes. When you import the first clip into the project it should automatically be set as “First Play.”

It is possible in Encore, by doing just what Bob recommended.

But if you used PPro to make the clip, it would be easier in Pro by selecting the sequence and then under the File menu select export to DVD. I’m assuming you used Pro because you are using Encore.

That will give you a single clip DVD without having to import into Encore and fool with making first play and all that.
