Make whole composition shake at certian point?
Hi there,
I have a composition with only about 10 photoshop layers. Now in the beginning thre is two layers that fly in a few frames apart. Now the second one is a letter X sort of like a stamp effect coming down. and some elements are going to fly in to position at this time
I would like to create the effect that the impact of the X “hitting” it’s background makes everything shake a bit.
Now the wiggle expression would do the trick, only problem is, how do I apply it to the whole composition for that few frames in the beginning of the comp?

You could use an adjustment layer, I’ve done that before when needing to effect several layers at once.

Create an Adjustment Layer on top, apply GenArts Sapphire Shake, keyframe the Amplitude value to control how much you want to shake.

For a quick and dirty fix without using any 3rd party plugins you could add a Transform effect to an adjustment layer. Then you can apply the Wiggler to the position and scale properties.
