Make video more jitterish
Hi,
I want to create a different look to my film. Like this one?

Any idea how he does it? High shutter speed and then slowed down?It seems almost as if frames are skipped.

Create a composition with a low frame rate. Nest the composition containing your footage layers in this lower-frame-rate composition.
Or, you can use the Posterize Time effect, which is a bit simpler but a lower-performance method.
