make a sign in AE
HELLO I need help I need make a animation in AE the idea is i have a hand with a pencil and i want make a sign, I meke this with MOTION SKETCH but its slow I need the movement faster, IF any can help please answer.
If I can make with oder optior or anyway
I only need de movement of the hand with the pencil

go to the layer you add key frames to,push “u”.now U must be able to see the key frames u have made by MOTION SKETCH.select them all, hold down you “Alt” key on the keyboard,drag the last key frame,now ,u can adjust the speed:)

I usually use vector paint as a track matte for the original for this kind of thing.
I set the shift paint records to capture in realtime, then trace the original element. Upon completion, I set the vector paint to animate all strokes, then adjsut the playback speed of vector paint accordingly.Mark

All good advice. Although motion sketch creates a keyframe at every frame. You may need to run it through the Smoother and reduce keyframes before compressing them with the Alt+Drag approach, suggested by Joe.
Another option is to precomp the motion sketched layer and either time stretch it or time remap it to make it faster.
As if that wasn’t enough, you can also set the motion sketch to capture your motion at different speeds, so you can have you moving at a natural speed, but the motion ends up being twice as fast.
