    Make a 1 second transition my default and a favorite.

    HI,

    I’m working with Premiere Pro CC 2018 with 4K footage.

    I’ve edited some clips together and I have noticed one thing. When I add my default transition (crossfade) it comes in as 1 second 6 frames. Why is that? I want to make it come in as 1 second.

    Can I make it a favorite? (if so, how do I make in a favorite or preset), if not how can I make the 1 second version my default transition?

    You can set the default transition length in the preferences and if you right click a transition in the effects panel you can make that the default transition from the menu.
