    Major loss of quality..

    Hi all,

    I seem to be loosing lot of quality on my work..they are animated avi sequences in DV PAL format.

    Describing the problem exactly would be tat curved lines do not appear smooth but broken into pieces.

    I have tried various codecs, deinterlacing, and uncompressed exports too but the problem still seems to exist.

    Awaiting eagerly for a reply..

    Where is the quality being lost?

    Is your 3d program rendering to the proper format, aspect ratio, pixel aspect ratio?

    Do they play back properly in media player?

    Do the project settings in PPro match your source material?

    Need some workflow data or there isn’y a lot to suggset…

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks a lot for the concern but am glad to say that the problem is solved…it was due to anti-aliasing. A progressive scan helped..
