    Mainconcept upgrade – Premiere 6.5

    I am still on Premiere 6.5. I recently got a new computer and installed 6.5.

    Some of my output files had high bitrate problems and were rejected by Encore. After some reading online it looks like the early version of Mainconcept plugin caused spikes in bitrates occasionaly, this was fixed in the 1.2 upgrade for the encoder.

    My problem now is the update page for the plugin has been abandoned.

    The new “Adobe Media Encoder” page is on Adobe’s site but I don’t find any downloads for old products like 6.5.

    Does anyone have the update file or have a link to the update?

    I emailed MainConcept…….no response

    I am having the same problem. I am running Premiere Pro 1.5 and I can’t find an active link to download the Mainconcept Update anywhere.

    Does anyone have the update file or know of an active link to the update?
