Mail Merge using InDesign
I am trying to do a mail merge for a postcard that is 6 x 4.25 and I want to print these 4 up on an 11 x 17. How do I do the merge and get 4 different addresses to print on that sheet. When I do the multiples, I get the same name 4 up. Any ideas or suggestions?

It starts with the formatting of your source data. If you need it four-up, you need your data the same way.
Column 1 – Name Column 2 – Street Column 3 – City/State Column 4 – Zip Column 5 – Name(2) Column 6 – Street(2), etc…..
So if you do four-up on a sheet, you’ll need four sets of data going across in your columns.
