  Mail kinda corrupt

  I just installed Tiget fresh. Backed everything up, wiped the hard drive and intalled Tiger. The only problem I’m having is Mail won’t let me import my old mailboxes from Mail 10.3.9 and I can’t send or create new mailboes. Seems like a permissions thing but I’ve fixed permissions and checked the Library/Mail folder and contents and everything seems fine.

  When I try to create a new mailbox I get this error:

  Mailbox Creation Failed
  Unable to create path ~/Library/Mail/Mailboxes/new one.mbox.

  When I try to send an email I get this error:

  Error
  The message could not be appended to the Outbox.

  How do I re-install Mail? or is there another solution?
