“Are you aware that you are bagging on someone for a post that is almost two years old?
Nate’s point, btw, was that he was making FCP X work, and was excited about it. In the context of the time, just after FCP X’s release, what he was saying makes perfect sense, even though I would have–at that time–vehemently disagreed with him. It was undoubtedly helpful for some to hear it, and, I find nothing at all egotistical about it.

Obviously, I understand the contextual situation…and far be it from me to rag on someone for getting excited, but to claim that it isn’t narcissistic is just stupid. I consider this matter closed.
