  Magic Bullets and making SD look HD

  I recall an earlier version of Vegas which came with plug ins called magic Bullets, they seemed to be useful for making video look better… I dont see these plug ins in recent releases ( I have Vegas 8)…..

  Is it recomended to purchase magic bullets? or are there better ways to enhance standard definition video?
