Magic Bullet Looks and LUT Buddy
I’m using LUT Buddy with the Cinestyle curve. I would like to color grade in Looks 2 after applying the LUT, but only the raw footage is shown in Looks (without the LUT correction). In AfterEffects I could precompose the footage with the LUT applied, and then apply Looks to the new composition. In FCP 7 I was hoping that nesting the footage would work the same way, but I still don’t see the effect of the LUT correction when I go into Looks.
Any workarounds? Or am I the only one having this problem?
