  MacPro will not start up

  Does anyone know what this means when a MacPro won’t boot?

  

  It is the ‘no smoking’ sign without the smoke! And below it is the spinning wheel and then thats all it does.

  If I start in safe mode and then restart it boots up ok but then won’t reboot again.

  I have run Disk Warrior and repaired permissions but it keeps appearing.

  Any idea’s?
