I just upgraded my Mac to OS X 10.6.8, which meant my old version of Media 100 (12.1.2) would no longer work, so I upgraded to M100 Suite 2.1.1. Now I have no machine control, my break out box apparently will not compute with my computer/software. I’m way behind on some editing projects. Any suggestions of how to import analog footage?

If not, I am considering backing up my hard drive–move everything including my old version of Media 100 over to a back up drive. Then erase my Mac and reinstall Mac OS X 10.5. Then move everything back over to the Mac. Do you think my older version of M100 will work or even allow me to move it to another location temporarily?

What hardware are you using for your video in/out? You probably need to update your drivers.
