    Mac OSX Dock Genie Effect

    Hey folks,

    I’m trying to recreate the Mac OSX genie effect on about 10 stills. I’ve used the scale based on proximity of a null expression, but the genie effect is a little more complex than just scaling. Does anyone have any intel on this?

    i would try mesh warp. just set the rows and columns to 1, then animation the corners by key framing the ‘distortion mesh’ property.
