Mac 10.4 won’t recognize blank disks
A client brought in a Western Digital “My Book” drive to transfer files. It required loading a driver. After loading, it required a system restart. Since restart, neither my internal drive nor external Lacie CD/DVD drive will recognize blank disks. Programmed ones read okay. Drive installer does not include an “uninstall” program. Where might I find the conflict without having to reload OS 10.4 (don’t give me trouble about working with antiques!)? Running on a Mac G5 Quad PowerPC.
