    Hey all –

Apologies in advance for the newbie question. Up to this point, been doing fine on some of my first “real” AE work, video and text only. However, client sent over some M4V video with sync sound and I can’t seem to hear any audio unless I do a RAM preview. is this a normal thing? If not, what should I be looking at to adjust? Is there a better “flavor” of video for him to send that will allow the audio to be heard without the RP? Thanks in advance.

M4V is unmuxed video only mp4 so there is no sound.
