    Hi,
I have made some animations for a DVD menu in After Effects which I need to export as M2Vs so that I can import them as timelines into Encore. When I have done this previously on a PC I have used the M2V DVD settings on After Effects. How ever I am now working on a mac, and the render option I was using is not availalbe, even though they are the same version of AE. This is a qursiton about Encore, honest…here is comes… Iwas wondering what the MPEG settings are that Encore accepts and yeilds the best results, so that I can render using the MPEG settings.
    Hope you can help,
    Cheers,
    Martin.

You should be able to render as a DV QuickTime or an Uncompressed QuickTime or even an Animation QuickTime and import that into Encore. Then you can use Encore to make the appropriate conversions for the DVD. Just keep track of your field rendering in After Effects and make the right selections in Encore to keep it consistent.
