M100 ref to Cleaner 6.5 crashing
Just recently I get a crash EVERY time cleaner finshes a file. It may complete the file first, or not… It never makes clip 2 of a batch. I’m encoding mostly from reference files of M100 lossless Media, although I get the same problems from other source codecs.
Anyone have this problem? Any suggestions?
(please don’t just trash cleaner and say use bitvice)

Which version of OS and Quicktime are you using?
I don’t know if it will cure your particular problem, but a lot of reported problems with Cleaner (and others) crashing with Media 100 files have been cured by either installing or re-installing the media 100 software codecs. It worked for me!

I’m running m100 8.22 on a G4 running OS 10.3.9 w/ Quicktime 7.1.0.

I started getting this same problem right after installing quicktime pro 7.1.2 and WMV-9. Reinstalled cleaner- no change. reinstalled m100 software codecs – no change
osx 3.9 on g4 500 dual – m100i 8.1.1 just happens to be installed on the mac but I use a different mac with m100i 8.2.3 for I/O and SW for editing.

Unfortunately reinstalls did not help me out either. I’m waiting for autodesk to reply to my tech support request. 2 days so far!
I’ll post any help I recieve.
