m-100 file transfers from 2.6.2 on nubus to 7x on G4
1st: nubus system is striped with Remus lite 1.4
G4 is using Atto express raid 2.5Can I take several drives (after removing remus ) from the nubus 2.6.2 machine and take the files from that drive to the g4.
I removed the raid partitions from 2 drives on nubus machine and tried them on the G4, they are not mounted so they need to be mounted.
how can the nubus and the G4 recognize the same drive so I can get some files from one machine to another.
There are some media files (and media music) that i use often that i would like to have available to save time.
When the time comes to dedicate several of the drives to the G4 do i just remove the remus partitons and then restripe them on the G4 (once i get my files over.
Will the media-100I recognize the older media 100 files

dunno about the drives. Media will play, but rendered files with alpha will have the alpha slightly off vertical
