    Hello,

I use After Effects to use my LUT files and I was wondering if they can be used in Vegas Pro. I’ve been browsing through forums after forums but still I couldn’t find a way to import a LUT into Vegas Pro. Is there a way. Please help.

    Yes there is a way.
If you have the new version of Magic Bullet 2.5 for Vegas,
it now comes with a LUT Tool, that you can easily use all
your lut files in it efficiently and accurately.

Thank you so very much. But I don’t have the new Magic Bullet 2.5. Maybe I’ll buy it someday.

    Thanks again,
    Minhaz

Its worth the price when you can.
In the meantime you can easily install the demo and have a go.

Actually, a big issue exists when opening LUT in MBLooks 2.51 in Sony Vegas 13 Pro 64-bit (Windows 7 Ultimate x64).
After clicking on FINISHED button to go back to the Sony Vegas interface, Sony Vegas freezes totally.
Every time, even if the interface of MBLooks is not being opened, i.e. when selecting a Sony Vegas preset which includes MBLooks, the same hanging issue appears.

    “Video Track FX (Not Responding)”
Any suggestions how to fix this?

    That’s what the system displays:

A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

Try Media Fx, rather than Track Fx or Event Fx.
This should fix the problem, looks like Magic Bullet has a stable work with “real” files, and not their memory proxies.
