Guys I want to make a video of me with the demon eye and (especially) zooming in and out face of lucifer morningstar

Mocha or track in AE or keyframe a mask/image of your liking.
There are few tutorials online for the Mocha and tracking part. -
I know the tracking, I need to learn how does he do the transform effect, like he is switching between human and demon form. Like in

Well, now you need to have the replacement layer.
In some cases that could be CG or another VFX plate.
If its static then an image will do.
