  LSe captured files have gray

  I just installed the Kona Aja LSe card and its software. The control deck shows SDI in, and both SDI outs at 525i 29.97. The Analog out is also the same at Component SMPTE/EBU. However the Ref in Genlock is on video in but shows a “no video” also the Analog in is not connected.

  When I log and capture, many times the captured files have gray frames in them, so the program isnt captured properly. I thought it might be a improper connection issue so here is what i have done.

  i/o digital output of vtr to breakout cable.
  2nd i/o digital output of vtr to Kona input.
  i/o input of vtr to kona output
  ref video of vtr to kona output

  The remote 9 pin is also connected through an extension from the breakout cable.
