    JPG is a bad idea. You won’t get clean results that way.

    Save them as PSD out of photoshop, and this will maintain the transparency you create in Photoshop when you import into FCP.

    Once on the timeline, you can treat the clip as any other piece of video, and reveal it with a simple transition from the effects bin, or keyframe the properties in the motion tab.
