How can i import to Sony Vegas with hiqh quality?
I read some technic that export from AE with alpha channel but when i import to vegas, it still have a background. HELP ME PLEASE!

If you have video tutorial please leave here
    Thankyou.

You have to tell Vegas Pro about the Alpha Channel. It will not detect it in most videos by default.

Go into the media properties and set it to something other than none. I would start with Straight (unmated):

I export all my AE projects as a series of PNG images which keeps the alpha channel transparency. Import that as an image sequence into Vegas. Very easy to do 🙂
