Lower third create in Vegas 12
I need a lower third, a green bar that bleeds to transparent at the right side and along the bottom. Can I do that in Vegas 12 or in Photoshop elements?

Yes, you can do that right in Vegas Pro. Add a Generated Media Color Gradient to the timeline and select green for the first color and move the transparency slider down on the second color and you’ll have a gradient that goes from green to transparent. You can also add a third point and make it green and slide it close to the transparent color so that you can control how much is solid green and when it starts to become transparent.
Finally, open Pan/Crop and use the Mask tool to draw the lower third.
