Low on memory on startup Vegas (repackage)
We’re trying to repackage Sony Vegas and encounter some problems with it.
We install the program under an ADMIN-account and try to use it under a USER-account. Under the ADMIN-account parts of the application are installed in the local C:\Documents and Settings\
\Application Data. In our situation this directory for a regular USER is redirected to a network-location. So after installing under an ADMIN-account, the USER can’t use the programm; an error occurs, saying “…system low on memory…”. I guess the application always looks for the local Documents and Setting\Application Data-folder, which does not exist in oir situation.
Do you have any cases like this? Any solutions, tips, workarounds , …?
